Justin Manington -

Managing Partner Country Park Landscapes

Justin’s love of horticulture stems from a very young age when he could be found mowing his parents lawn or working on his Uncle’s farm. Eager to get his hands dirty or absorb as much information from those around him, this love of gardens and the countryside has never left him.

After leaving college his career started on a different path in Radio, starting programme assistant and then on air presentation but eventually finding a creative role as a Senior Network Producer and winning awards at the New York Sony Radio Festival for radio production creativity. After leaving the industry in 1994, Justin went back to his roots (the love of Gardens and Horticulture) and obtained a combined Horticulture and Business Diploma. Justin went on to start a small team of gardeners, which culminated in a business that in 2008 employed twenty-two staff and ran projects from small garden management to garden builds in excess of £3 million.

After moving to Madrid in July 2009 for a three-month sabbatical he was subsequently asked to head up Country Park Landscapes. He is now the Managing Partner of an exciting and diverse team of extraordinary individuals that make up Country Park Landscapes.

When not driving the business forward or meeting with clients to discuss their gardens, he can be often be found behind the controls of a plane. As a Pilot, Justin is able to see gardens from a completely different prospective than most - often taking clients up to view their gardens from the air, a viewpoint not often seen! “Flying is an exhilarating feeling, I often feel like a homesick angel”.

Justin’s commitment to customer service and attention to the finest detail is what drives the business forward and continues to build the reputation of Country Park Landscapes as the finest garden organisation throughout the area. “Customer service is what drives our team to ensure that not just satisfaction is achieved, but recommendation from our client’s is also achieved”.

Andrew Dennis -

Senior Partner, Business Development

We are delighted to introduce as part of our team and as a Senior Partner, Andrew Dennis. Andrew’s key role will be Business Development, bringing innovative and creative solutions to our business by heading up Sports Turf Renovations and Grass Care.

Andrew is a highly experienced, motivated and qualified individual with years of experience in the industry. His impressive qualifications include:

• National Certificate in Horticulture - Nursery Stock Production & Management
• HND- Landscape & Amenity Studies
• National Certificate in Arboriculture

Andrew has completed many projects of note, including:

• Reclaiming and development of the formal and woodland gardens at Groombridge Place, Kent
• Eight years ago he was project manager in the development of an Old Chalk quarry site in Winchester, which was developed into a Green Oasis.
• Construction and management of new sports fields at three schools in Crawley and Folkestone, including football and rugby pitches, cricket tables and artificial cricket strips and cages.
• Andrew has been involved in projects ranging from five hundred pounds to 1.2 million.

Horticulture, turf and soil management has been his life since leaving college over sixteen years ago and since then he has built up an extensive portfolio, gaining vast experience along the way. Andrew enjoys the challenges the horticulture industry brings and is passionate about gardens, grass and his career within the industry. “Horticulture is a passion that never leaves you”. Andrew originally comes from Yorkshire but moved to the South East in 1988, where he has built a core base of customers, friends and family. Andrew is married and lives near Cranbrook in Kent.
